Collaboration models

Contracting is individualized but generally falls in one of two models:

Fractional management: Part-time, typically 3 months or more, with real embedding into the client organization and team. There's not much difference to a regular leadership role in the organization. Use cases: Build up a tech or product organization, drive a larger transformation project.
Consulting: Part-time or full-time, typical consulting projects last several days to several weeks. Use cases: Expertise for projects, M&A and due diligence support, coaching and workshops.
